Jiangsu Jinshi Casting & Forging Co., Ltd. was established in 1994 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Jinshi Machinery Group Co., Ltd. It is an AAA-credit enterprise, a national high-tech enterprise, a member of the China Foundry Association and China Forging Association, vice president unit of Jiangsu Foundry Association, and one of the largest casting and forging companies in northern Jiangsu. The company has total assets of 280 million yuan, covering 200,000 square meters, with 80,000 square meters of factory space. It employs 360 people, including 120 various professional and technical personnel.

The company is fully equipped with production and testing facilities and has strong technical and professional expertise. Major equipment includes resin sand and water glass sand casting production lines combined with 1T and 2T medium-frequency furnaces for foundry production; 20T electric arc furnace, 30T LF furnace, and 30T VOD vacuum furnace for steel ingots and large casting production; 1600T hydraulic fast forging units, 2T, 4T, 5T electro-hammers, and hydraulic operating units; 750kg and 250kg air hammers, 1000T and 400T twin-disk friction presses, heating furnaces for forging round blanks, forgings, and small die forgings; and a hood-type intelligent quenching unit for a fully automated heat treatment production line. The company has an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of castings, 30,000 tons of steel ingots, 20,000 tons of forged rounds, 30,000 tons of forgings, 2,000 tons of small die forgings, and 10,000 tons of heat-treated parts. It also has testing equipment such as direct-reading spectrometers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, universal mechanical testing machines, hardness testers, and fluorescent magnetic particle flaw detectors.

The company mainly provides medium and high-pressure valves and carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel castings and forgings, heat treatment, and supporting machining for industries such as oil drilling, chemical, metallurgical, wind power, railway, and construction machinery. The oil drilling equipment produced for the group company follows the American API standard, covering major oilfields nationwide and exporting to more than ten countries and regions overseas. The company has passed ISO9001, DNV, API, TS, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management system certifications, and has obtained more than 20 utility model patents and 3 invention patents.
